Turkey – The Ideal Wedding Venue
Long hot days under clear blue skies, warm balmy moonlight
filled nights, unbelievable red sunsets as the sun dips below
one of the offshore islands, magnificent dawns. This is
Turkey the land of beauty, the land of romance, the land of
Aphrodite the goddess of love. The history and archaeology
of Turkey is littered with references and monuments to
Aphrodite and perhaps the best known of these is the
ancient city of Aphrodisias, which was built to honour the goddess
some 5,000 years ago and whose ruins are located about 150km
from Kusadasi. Little wonder then that Turkey has become so
popular as a wedding venue for couples looking for a special place
to mark the most important day of their lives together.
Apart from its romantic appeal Turkey has also much more to offer
as an ideal wedding venue. Compared to Ireland costs are
relatively cheap and of course all your family, friends and guests
can share your special day by combining your wedding with a great
value holiday in one of our selected properties.
